Remove false information about TwlNmenu and maketad only working with user titles (`00030004`). TwlNmenu will install pretty much anything, and TwlIPL showed there's a `-s` flag for maketad to create system apps or anything with a reserved gamecode. Linking to my edited maketad readme since that will be consistently updated with any new information like the `-s` flag.

The installable format, TAD share many similarities to the WAD format, including the same offsets for title ID's and using the same devsign as WADs. A TAD can be resigned using Wii resigning tools and a RVL devkey. However, due to TwlNmenu's anti-tampering methods, the tool lets you not install resigned TAD files.

The TAD format can be created using a tool included with the TWLSDK, named '''Maketad'''. Only applications that can be installed in the folder 00030004 can be created with this tool. Neither TwlNmenu lets you install TAD files from a different folder if you have one.
